In terms of  Electric Vehicle India is not far behind. while other brands  like mahindra has launched first EV  in India. Here by I present to you EUV (Electric Utility Vehicle) in India now. These vehicle has there own individual personality.




Tata Nexon EV (made by Indian brand for India.)

The Tata Nexon is a subcompact crossover SUV produced by the Indian automaker Tata Motors since 2017.  It is the first crossover SUV from the brand, and occupies the sub-4 metre crossover SUV segment in India. Tata Nexon EV is the second EV from the brand after Tata Tigor EV.

The electric version of the Nexon was revealed on 19 December 2019. The Nexon EV uses components from Tata Motors' electric vehicle technology brand Ziptron. The electric motor produces 94.7 kW and 245 Nm of torque and 0-100 under 9.9 seconds. It has a 30.2 kWh battery with an ARAI rated range of up to 312 km.

In 2018, the Nexon was subjected to crash tests by the Global NCAP obtaining the result of 5 stars. It is the first Indian-made car to achieve this rating.




MG ZS EV ( British know how to please with design and give technology for the future)

An all electric version made its debut as EZS at the 2018 Guangzhou Auto Show, featuring a 44.5 kWh battery, and a front positioned motor producing 143 PS or 150 PS and 350 N⋅m to the front wheels. It is available in the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, Thailand, China, and India.

The MG ZS scored a three star safety rating in the crash tests organised by Euro NCAP in December 2017,while the electric MG EZS received a five star safety rating.




Mercedes-Benz EQC ( They are the one who has give us the first car but why they have made their first E vehicle in 2019. still a question)

The Mercedes-Benz EQC is a fully-electric compact luxury SUV, production started in 2019 by Mercedes-Benz. It is the first member of the fully electric Mercedes EQ family, a range that will expand to include 10 new models by 2022. The EQC is based on the GLC and shares the same wheelbase dimensions. It is a five-seater vehicle and has a trunk capacity of 500 litres.

The EQC400 4MATIC is powered by 2 asynchronous electric motors, fitted on the front and rear axles, and produces 300 kW (402 hp). It has an electronically limited top speed of 180 km/h.

The 80 kWh battery pack has a modular design and consists of 384 lithium-ion cells. It can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 40 minutes, via a DC fast charger. Steering wheel paddle shifters allow for the selection of varying levels of brake energy regeneration.




Jaguar I-Pace ( The most awarded E vehicle now in India) 

The Jaguar I-Pace is a battery-electric crossover SUV produced by Jaguar Land Rover, the British subsidiary of the Indian automotive company Tata, under their Jaguar marque. The I-Pace was announced in March 2018, European deliveries began in June 2018, North American deliveries started in October 2018, and Indian deliveries began in March 2021. The most Awarded EV till now. Total number of awards is 52.

Hyundai Kona Electric  ( this Korean brand know what India needs )

The Kona Electric is a battery electric version of the Kona. It is the second electric car from Hyundai after the Ioniq. Sales started in Korea and Europe in 2018, with a market debut in the United States in 2019. In March 2019, Hyundai launched an Kona Electric in Thailand.  In July 2019, Hyundai launched an Electric Lite version as Kona Electric in India. In 2020, Hyundai started producing the Kona Electric in its European factory in the Czech Republic. That factory is planning for an annual production of 30,000 vehicles. The Kona Electric reached 100,000 global sales milestone in June 2020.

Kona Electric is available in two battery versions: 39.2 kWh and 64 kWh. The 'ultimate' trim features adaptive cruise control and along with lane centering means this vehicle meets the SAE standard for Level 2 driverless. The Kona EV has a range of 415 km. Real-world range tests conducted by What Car in early 2019 found that the Kona EV has the highest real-world range among electric cars for sale in the United Kingdom.

Hyundai Encino EV was launched on the Chinese car market in November 2019. The electric motor of the Encino EV has an output of 150 kW and 310 N⋅m. The motor is powered by a 64.2 kWh battery with a NEDC range of 500 km.
